Debbie started her career in veterinary medicine in 1988 in northern Virginia as an assistant in a small, up and coming practice. After 6 years, she moved to Carlisle, Pennsylvania to work as a surgery technician in a mixed practice for a year. After returning to Virginia, she came to work as a veterinary technician at St. Francis in 1995. Debbie was able to experience working many aspects of the hospital until her husband's career took them to Lynchburg in 2005, for the next 10 years. She returned to St. Francis in August 2015 as Practice Manager. In her free time, Debbie enjoys spending time with family, cooking, and the beach. Anyone that knows Debbie, knows she is a huge Pearl Jam fan and has been able to enjoy seeing them in concert more than 50 times (and counting) all over the country. She is also an avid Redskins and Maryland Terrapins Fan.
